officers & councillors

contact 		IDSNY is an organization composed of ID physicians and other individuals with a strong interest in ID. We are a regional organization, most of our members work and/or live in the New York metropolitan area. Dues are $50 per year, which include an invitation to the annual symposium and dinner. Fellows do not pay dues, and are welcome to the annual symposium/dinner as guests of IDSNY. Questions concerning membership should be directed to the IDSNY Secretary, Michael Levi

Membership Renewal
You need to re-new your membership and pay your $50 dues each year. Renew by sending a check in mail to IDSNY Secretary:

Or through PayPal: RENEWALS ONLY (see Pay Dues button below). New Members MUST fill out a membership form and send check in mail (address on form).

Joining IDSNY for the First Time

IDSA members automatically qualify to be IDSNY members. Download a membership form in pdf format.

Non IDSA Members if you are not a member of IDSA or if you are a fellow in training, you need to be sponsored by two current IDSNY members. Download a sponsor form in pdf format. Have your sponsors fill it out, sign and send to address on form. Download a membership form; send to address on form. You will be notified if your application is accepted; pay dues then. Fellows do not pay dues.

Renewing IDSNY Membership

To keep our contact information current, please print out a membership form and send it along with a check for $50 (payable to IDSNY) to address on form.

If you renew by paying dues with PayPal, be certain to e-mail IDSNY Secretary to update any changes in your contact information. That would be, any changes in your current hospital position & affiliation; academic position & title; your current mailing address, telephone, fax, beeper and most especially your current e-mail.

We use PayPal to accept payment of dues by credit cards. Your browser must be enabled to accept cookies to access PayPal site.

If you are renewing by paying with PayPal, be certain all your contact information, especially your e-mail, is current. E-mail any changes to IDSNY Secretary.
